A multi-layered stencil painting on canvas implemented as a vinyl art cover for a compiled playlist. The playlist consists of songs selected from those I listened to during the month of May 2022.

As a designer, I am always curious about the various aspects within the design field. Therefore, I keep developing myself continuously by learning, doing and experimenting. This project gave me the opportunity to combine different media and to enrich my knowledge and skills. I learned to use a new technique by creating a design of four layers that together form a three-dimensional graphic design. These layers are individually cut out of paper to make the stencils. After making the stencils you can replicate it as many times as you want in different colors and compositions. For this painting, I used a grey value scale and a 50 x 50 cm canvas. In order to create the graphic stencil painting I placed the stencils on the canvas one by one and spray painted each of them with the arranged values. Then I photographed the final painting and used it as a vinyl album cover.
